Personal Training sessions with me can be 1 to 1 or in small groups at Reso24, these are more personal sessions where I will go in depth & detail on different training methods, exercises and help tailor movements to you and hitting particular muscle groups.


You will be pushed to hit your potential and helped to progress towards your goals and further them.

GROUP CLASS

The Group classes are based at Reso24 in the Box55 area.
 

The #TeamKCBootcamps are high intensity full body blast workouts, designed to get the heart rate up, burn calories even when your finished your body will carry on doing so!

This class is great for those of all different levels of fitness and ability. Those wanting to start their fitness journey,


athletes looking to develop fitness, build confidence and foundation for training.

STAY MOTIVATED

weekly check-ins

The Weekly checkins I find as a coach & Personal Trainer is my best method of helping clients achieve their goals, and I find my best results using this.


This will include Nutritional Advice diet, training & cardio planning all done via email or WhatsApp.
This is fully tailored to each client, it will include 24 hour support & check-ins/Adjustments weekly.

 

The adjustments will all be based on your progression. It will be like having a 24 hour coach consistently managing your progress and making adjustments.

I'll be on hand for motivation and will help ensure your progression as part of team KC. #BeTheHardestWorker

The plans will be supplied in a PDF format after being tailored to your goals and body. 

These plans ensure you maximise your efficiency across both your training and diet to hit your target and goals.
